Q-Mark Doors Installation is operated by VAIO BESPOKE LTD for James Johnson & Co Ltd. It is a private business application used to record and review fire-door installation evidence.

Information we process

The service processes account details such as name, username, email address and role; project, site and door information; photographs and documents submitted as installation evidence; approval or rejection comments; and technical records needed for security, synchronisation and audit history.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the service, authenticate users, synchronise authorised devices, document fire-door installation work, manage review and approval, create project records and certificates, maintain audit history, support users and protect the service.

Camera, files and local storage

The Android app requests camera access only when a user chooses to take a photograph. Users can alternatively select an existing image. Project information and queued photographs may be stored temporarily on the device so authorised work can continue without an internet connection. Queued data is uploaded when connectivity returns.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising or share it with advertising networks. Information is available only to authorised users and service providers required to host and operate the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Retention, deletion and security

Project records are retained for the period required for installation certification, contractual obligations and applicable law. Account and project information can be corrected or deleted by an authorised administrator, subject to legal and certification retention requirements. Data is transmitted using HTTPS and access is controlled through authenticated user accounts.

This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this address.
